Digiqual – Bacteriological Incubator
We Digiqual Systems Manufacture Double walled chamber, inner made of stainless steel sheets and outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets duly finished in powder coating. Inter space in between the walls is tightly packed with special grade glass wool.
Inner chamber accommodates perforated stainless steel trays at adjustable heights. Insulated double walled door in the front is provided with locking arrangements. Heating is by Nichrome wire heaters evenly distributed on the three sides.
Temperature is indicated and controlled by precision thermostat within the operating range. Built in control panel accommodating all electrical/electronic accessories is provided at the side of the chamber Temperature Range. : Ambient 5 °C to 250 °C Temperature Accuracy : ± 2 °C.

Stainless Steel Incubator

BOD Incubator
Double walled chamber with interior made of stainless steel and exterior made of Cold Rolled Mild Steel Sheets finished in powder coating. Insulation is by special grade glass wool. Removable steel Trays are provided.
Double door system, with inner Acrylic door and outer double walled M.S door provided with lock and key arrangement.
Temp. is controlled by a digital On/off controller with RTD Sensor. A Circulating fan assembly is incorporated in the unit for uniform temperature inside the chamber.
CFC free Refrigeration System by Kirloskar-Copeland compressor, air cooled condenser and accessories provided at the bottom of the chamber. Illumination is provided The control panel consists of Digital temp. controller, indicating lamps, on/off switch etc. is provided at the top. The unit is mounted on 4 nos. castor wheels.
Max. Temp: 5 °C to 60 °C, ± 2 °C.
