An Industrial Heavy Duty Chiller is a robust cooling system designed to handle large-scale, continuous cooling demands in industrial environments. With Temperature Ranges from -30°C to 80°C and capacity from 50 litres to 100 litre as per Customer Requirement
CONSTRUCTION
- Double walled chamber, inner made of stainless steel and outer made of cold rolled mild steel sheets and attractively finished in powder coat paint. Cooling coils will be placed inside the tank.
- Ports for water circulation to external devices. The inter space in between the walls is tightly packed with PUF Insulation to avoid thermal losses. Electronic Controls : All electrical and electronic controls will be housed in a panel with safety.
- The Chamber is provided with top opening lid made of stainless steel and provided with handle. Evaporating coils are kept inside the inner chamber for faster cooling.
- All cold-water lines in the chiller will provided with 6mm superlon pipe insulation.
- The refrigeration system consisting of compressor, air-cooled condenser and accessories is provided at the lower portion of the bath
